If you have or can get ahold of a manual that shows how to R&R the injector pump(keeping it in time), the seal is pretty easy to change, and your case-IH dealer should be able to get the seal.
If you can, go to the Red Power forum and search for posts by "MB_Cat", he's posted a ton of info on these type of pumps over the years.
