There are a number of chemical combinations that are used to clean out radiators, but I'm afraid I don't have that info. A Regular radiator isn't that difficult to disassemble, (Heat bolt heads red hot, let cool, and generally they come right out.) I'd probably diassemble the radiator, pick up a piece of brass flat stock that will fit the tubes, and run all of the tubes with it. I've done several radiators that way, and while I have them apart, I sandblast the upper and lower tanks, then coat them with gas tank sealer. Keeps them from rusting through or flaking rust.
