My engine has been running away at full throttle, even if i move linkake etc....All linkages free when engine off, but when running they will not move....i took gov off, i found the bumper spring on gov housing ( not the spring with bumper in gov shaft)it was broke and laying in the bottom, this spring rests in the bolt you can adjust on the bottom of gov housing, will this make the gov run away (motor), what exactly does this piece do?
