Do you have access to another guage, if so try it, to verify the status of your guage. Oil flow from pump is circulated through passages in block, to Cam. bearings and Crank. bearings. If they're badly worn the oil can escape more easily and pressure will not be maintained. My experience suggests it would be Big end brgs., Mains brgs. and Cam, brgs. in order of possible culprits. Are you running 30 oil, I would if climate is the same as here.(Australia) If not, a multigrade would be better.Regards, Redfan.
