You've certainly got a tricky one RB. Hate to be repetitious, but it might be worth going back to basics on the timing. Take out No. 1 plug and lift tappet cover, wind it untill you know 1 is at TDC compression. Pull cap off Mag. and verify rotor is at No. 1. From there be sure leads are in right sequence for firing order. If spark is good, should be OK. If not give Mag. good clean.Good luck. Old bloke once told me, when dealing with Mags. only one rule, "cleanliness is next to Godliness". No I didn't ask when he went to Church last. Regards, redfan.
