Sounds like you have a utility tractor. Think you already answered that the 6-1/8 goes in at the head sleeve location, should have a thick washer to go on it under the nut also. Center of head nearest in line with the valve springs. For some reason you have a extra 6-1/8, just make sure the nut doesn't bottom on threads when used. You already figured out the long ones. Later on IH started putting 11 short, one 6-1/8 and 4 long ones instead of different amounts for mounting LP equipment. Don't know about a lead stud sleeve.
