Hey Seth, Don't know about the H but I would assume that it is similar to the M. I know on my 40 M bought new by my grandfather that it has TWO holes in the hood to access grease fittings, one on the steering shaft support and one for the GREASABLE U joint. I remember when the IH dealer sent a mechanic up here to change out the rear steering shaft and U joint. Must have been a recall or something like that, cuz my grandfather was too TIGHT to spend money on tractor parts unless it was totally worn out.
