The frames or front gangs appear to be configured for an exhaust lift which you do not have. It would be mounted on the left side at the very front. You need to configure for a strict hand lift. There should be a rod from the hand lift to the front rock shaft to lift the gangs. You have the front portion of the rod. The part that is missing would slip over your front rod and connect to the rock shaft from the hand lift with a pin through the adjustment holes. There should be one for each side. You also need the tool bars for holding cultivator sweeps, hiller disk etc. I don't see those. I have a set if you need them. I do not have the "feet". I can get you pictures if you need them.
