The head will fit and work ok. Pistons on the other hand will if you had 4.00 pistons in your m and the SM block had stock bore which is 4.00,most have a 4.125 kit in them.If you had stock bore no they will not fit. Sleeves I am not sure on but I don't think they will go from one to the other.I know the bore of the block is 4.250 on the SM and believe it is .0825 less on the M. Someone correct me if I am wrong.
