How do you know you have low pressure if you have not measured it? If the 3 point will not pick up or is cycling, it is probably the cylinder which is internal to the hydraulic unit under the seat. If you have a manual, it should tell you where the tap is for the remote and thus you can put a pressure gauge there and measure the pressure. I used to have a 424. There is a shut off valve on the 424 system (don't recall where, but somewhere near the hydraulid unit). When you shut that valve off, it isolates the 3 point lift cylinder. If you close that valve with the lift in the up position with weight on it and the lift goes down, then you have a bad lift cylinder. You may need new seals, or a new piston and cylinder. The original seal on the piston was leather, no longer available so you'll need a new piston with seal if it has not been changed before. Parts for this are very expensive from IH. You can get parts from a Mahindra dealer that will fit and are more reasonably priced, as the Mahindras were originally copies of the 424.
