The O-4 had the streamlined fenders you are referring to. They were factory made, not home built. The OS-4 had the same low seating position, but did not have the shielded streamlined fenders and steel windshield like the O-4. The I-4 has a foot accelerator and might have hydraulic brakes. Look at your serial number plate, if it is not missing, and it will tell model, and post serial number and someone will tell you year model. If serial number plate is missing, post picture or give more exact details and someone will idenify it, and approximate year model can be found from casting codes. Harold H
