I think the touch control is working properly, How do I tell if it's stalling out?I don't really know how to check it out. The reservoir is full.

Someone has added a 1/2 inch spacer to the area between the nut and the spring on the left side arm. I have screwed the nut all the way down to shorten the linkage, but it's still too short.
