Same as any old IH... find a Charlynn torque generator and an old Saginaw (GM) PS pump. Make a bracket to attach the Charlynn to some firm frame part in line with the steering shaft. cut a piece out of the shaft and replace with the PS unit. Make a bracket to hold the pump and belt drive off the front of the engine. Run a pressure and return from the pump to the Charlynn PS unit.
I doubt you will find any ready made brackets for a Cub, so you will need to fab them yourself or have then custom made by a fabrication shop. My 240 had a handy place where the shaft runs along the left side of the motor and some handyman fabbed a bracket to mount the Charlynn in that shaft.
