Leroy, yes, you can change the rotation of an H4. the pin for the inpulse needs to be moved to the other side, and the inpulse spring needs to be replaced with a clockwise one. Since this is marked with a "D" and is an original diesel, I would prefer to leave it that way as down the road, someone else might have it, and it would be confusing. good thought though.
