Sounds like a gas problem, or lack there of. First shut the gas off at the sediment bulb housing under the gas tank. Then check the screen where the gas line goes into the carb to make sure it's clean. Next remove the sediment bulb from the housing & the screen up in the housing & clean. With the bulb off careflly turn gas back on & make sure there's a good flow of gas fro the tank. If all those are ok it's most likely in the carb itself. Refer to the tractors operator manual & make sure all the adjustments are set correctly. Carb may be gummed up if the tractor hasn't been run for awhile & may need cleaned or rebuilt
