I am not familiar with a Farmall flywheel yet but when I was working as a millwright when I had something heavy and awkward I would take a couple of longer bolts and cut the heads off. One should be longer than the other so you only have to start one at a time. Some times I would cut screw driver slots in the end if they would not protrude, or if they do, grind flat spots. You can also make some marks ahead of time for proper indexing.
