The concept of mowing with a good belly mower is the best approach that I have ever used. I mow about 4 acres in high maintenance. I have a cub lowboy but the three speed transmission and the low horsepower of the engine are major drawbacks. Good points of this setup are that the system is quiet, the finished look is superb, the operator is out of the dust and debris from the mower discharge and the engine heat is away from the driver.I will continue using this setup until I locate a newer tractor, something in the import group such as a Kubota or MF, at a justifiable price.
