It's a nice little spreader. A little quirky for keeping things lubed, takes oil where you might think grease . . . Repro manual is available from binderbooks.com, maybe others, spells it all out. Basically though, if you keep your chains lubed, and the cam that drives the apron chains. The beaters and screw, IIRC, take grease. They turn pretty fast so you want to keep them lubed, too. Don't know how tender your bottom boards or side panels are, but a good cleaning and a coat of paint on the inside of the panels and some motor oil on the boards will stave off a lot of rot from the muck.
