I have the same IH 215 plow for my 140. It is a two bottom fourteen inch plow. I have found that it does get a little unwieldy in heavy or wet soil. Best to not let it cut too deep by raising the front hydraulics on the fast hitch. Otherwise, you should set the fast hitch with some side to side slop so the plow can find its own path. As someone previously noted you need to adjust the leveler on the hitch to make it run level with the wheel in the furrow (after the first row with no furrow).
