I always plowed with the wheel dish turned in and the rim turned in the narrow direction, but with the rim lugs on the outside. That would be the next to narrowest setting. Narrowest would be with the rim lugs on the inside of the hub. To correct your problem, you can either move the mounting location on the drawbar, or you can move the wheel out. If you choose to move the rims out, to get the right setting, it may mean you have to swap the rims side to side.
