I certainly think with a loader you would want "live hydraulics". Either the pto or belt pulley are not going to give you that. Driving a pump off the crankshaft would be better, but I don't know how easy that would be with an M. The reservoir in the loader is designed to be big enough for the loader and to dissipate the heat, so it makes sense to use it.
