Hi Dave, did you clean out the injector nozzle sleeve well and replace the "O" ring in the bottom of the sleeve? I believe CIH has a special tool for cleaning out the injector sleeve hole. According to I&T Shop Service manual the injector retaining bolt is to be tightend to torque of 18 ft-lbs.
