My "B" has the high top, 3 1/8" pistons and easily dynos at 24 HP. I allow it to run only 100 RPM over stock. I set up the governor using a good, digital tachometer.
With wheel weights, no liquid in the tires it has more power than traction in soft ground.
I could easily get more power, more RPM would mean more power too, but that would also mean it could break things more easily too, and that isn't what I want either.
