OK I went and bought a test gage for my tool box (and to check the pump presser ) it is putting out 1300 psi hot 1500 cold book calls for 900-1200,have drained and refilled it two times but am still getting weak at the lift(3 pt.)OH yes I did change the filter also.it still shows milky and did get some water out of the remote.Any ideas what to try next,other than selling it? THANKS GUYS
