Jump on me if I'm wrong, guys, but I think the 300 Utility was only made for two model years (1955 and '56). Then IH went to the 350 Utility starting in '57. I haven't confirmed this; just going by memory. Assuming the tractor and loader are in MINT condition (including paint, emblems and rubber), and the tractor has a torque amplifier with live PTO, I would think the package may be worth as much as $3,500 - $4,000. If you decide to make an offer, make sure you see for yourself that the torque amplifier works and does not slip under load. Mark
