Yep, rust in your gas tank is plugging the sediment bowl and maybe the screen where the line goes into the carb. The carb runs dry and it quits. Gas trickles in and fills the carb in 5 minutes and it restarts. Common problem, plenty of posts around here and in the archives about fixing it. Do a search on gas tank or fuel line. When you pull the fuel line from the carb, you need a good steady flow of over 5 minutes into a gas can. You can also pull the bottom plug on the carb to check the flow into a funnel and gas can.
