Don't think you can pull the bull pinion (brake shaft) without removing the bull pinion cage. I believe the inner ball bearing is pressed on the inner end of the bull pinion and won't clear the cage. The cage can only come out if the large bull gear is removed from the tractor axle.
Somebody will have to comment on whether one of the bull gears can be slid off the axle through the PTO opening and moved slideways to free up that axle. If so, you could then tow the tractor.
Frankly, I would rather make a dolly for the rear wheels or remove the wheels and tires and attach a truck axle to the drawbar. Or hire a wrecker to move the tractor.
As mentioned earlier, you probably have two sliding gears engaged in the transmission. That is a very easy fix on a 450. Remove the shifter column and align the notches on the shifter rails for the neutral position. That's a five minute job.
