I've converted a couple 4-digit Olivers from generator to alternator. It's really no difficult than converting an H/M - the "extra" wiring present on the newer tractors is left untouched.
In converting can actually be a bit easier if the tractor already has a generator idiot light in the dash: The mounting/wiring of the light is already done for you!
