the 'correct' one is the smaller round one, the large one is for the M and up. As for sound i have both and can not really tell and difference between them. If you want a less decibels look for one thats full baffle. Most of the ones sold today you can look right though and are only baffled on the sides. Its up to you really what you want in the end.
