I have a 300U with the distributor driven hyd. pump. everything works well until the oil heats up and then I loose most if not all my lift on the loader. Added an after market P.S. unit which surprisingly hasn"t cost me any more loss. But no improvement. Have cleaned the screen in reservoir. So now I"m down to replacing the pump? I think? But can I find a pump and if so will I still have me wimpy lift? Can I go with some after market pump that will work? I can work wrenches but never claimed to be tractor mechanic. I like the tractor but I need more lift!
