There's a bunch of IH British tractors that are pretty similar. Most with the four cylinder BD144 or BD154 diesel engines. I only mentioned those around 1960 since you said that was the year of it.
Post a photo, or give more info. Type of trans (with hi-low range or not), type of injection pump and if rotary or in-line. Power steering? Live PTO?
