Start it up and run it until the engine gets good and warm - even if you have to buy 5 gallon of fresh gas for it this will tell you a lot about the tractor. She looks pretty good and original but get ready to spend big money for rims and tires on the back-end, probably minimum of $500 up to $1000 depending on what/how you replace with. You will need to fix this right away, those rusted rims could be very dangerous if you put this tractor under a pulling load.
