I found that using about a 5 Ft rod just a bit smaller than the bolt hole works quite well for the 1st weight. I roll the weight close to the tractor, then insert the rod in one of the weight holes. With the tractor wheel jacked up, align the rod with the weight in one of the wheel holes. Then turn the wheel to pull the weight up to the top so you can put in the two middle bolts. Then pull the rod out and put in the last two bolts. Works good for one weight but not sure if it would work if you are putting on multipe weights.
