Northeast, pictures would be best, however, a little more info would also help. Serial numbers, what options (foot brakes, right side hand brake, PTO shield and extention, Shutters) etc.
Non-running, middle of the road condition, complete F-20's here in Pennsylvania start around $700 +/-, also depending upon options. There are so many variables, but most are based upon the following: tractor is complete (or close to it), block/head not cracked, tin not all banged up or rusted out, and 4 wheels that work (ie, not perfect but if rubber, hold air, and if steel, aren't rusted out and bent).
