Sometimes my curiosity gets to me. . . and I have to ask questions in this tractor forum.
While looking at my old 1951 M the other day; (cant wait till spring so I can run her a bit) I was noticing the belt pulley and hand crank (and both still work just fine !).
MY QUESTIONS: What is the latest year and model of IH tractor anyone has actually seen that is equipped with a belt pulley and what is the latest year and model of IH tractor anyone has actually seen that is equipped with a usable hand crank shaft out the front of the tractor?
I notice on tractors such as a 656 there is a bolted on plate where the pulley wheel could go. Perhaps these were still a manufacturer's option on some of these later tractors. Also, It seems I have noticed a hole in the front bolster of some later tractors where perhaps a hand crank shaft could protrude.
