Since it sat idle for 4 months, then the water came from condensation. There will be water in the rearend, tranny & TA housing too. Might want to crack the drain plugs and let the water out before it gets mixed in with the oil when you drive the tractor around. I would not worry a lot about the condensation, even operating the tractor will not keep condensation out, it just serves to evaporate what has gathered.
