The owners manual calls for a "3/4 conical-head" cap screw. The plow came with 3/4 bolts. The problem is my tractor has 5/8 holes. I have 5/8 conical bolts but the mount is also sized for the larger bolts and the 5/8 bolts will fit loose. I am planing on tapping the hole to 3/4. Does this sound like the correct approach?
Also now that I have an owners manual I find out I am missing the the front steering arm. It looks simple enough to make. Does anyone know where I could get one OR have one they can make a quick template for me?
