It's all for the plow. It had a heavy beam with brackets that secured the plow to the tractor. It would pull that 16-inch plow easily with just wheel weights. I didn't load the rear tires. I even plowed some sod and that made it scratch (slip( some. This was done in 1975 & 1976. The engine was a basket case with the pistons stuck. The sleeve kit cost $60.00 back then. Hal PS: One of those levers was for lifting the plow and the other was used for tilting the plow point.
