You probably will not find any torque specs listed anywhere. Years ago they just tightened them down til they were "about right" whatever that is. On my F series tractors, I've torqued them down to 80 lbs. Torquing evenly is critical, starting from center and working your way out in a circular fashion. Not familiar with the 22-36, but I think it is a similar motor.
