First remove the oil filter base. There are two fiber discs behind springs. One of these controls the oil pressure. Sometimes they get a piece of dirt behind them and they vdon't seat correctly. This isn't a teal good system. If you can find a base from a late gas combine. They are set up for a spin on filter and have a better valve set up. If you do this make sure you gat the correct base gasket. They are different.
