My H is still 6 volt. I just purchased all new orignal cables (the heavy duty 2 gauge kind), a new starter switch and have a two year old battery. Even though the battery tests at about 75% the tractor starts on the first crank. I must admit my lights are not hooked up yet and I have not had to jump start it and I can't receive a station very well where I am working. But overall, I am happy with the six volt.
