1) Crack open the bleeder on the fuel filter, and pump the manual lever on the fuel lift pump until there is no more air bubbles, then close.
2) Crack open the bleeder screw on the fuel injector pump and pump the lift pump again until there are no more air bubbles coming out of there, then close.
3) Pump the lift pump until you here the fuel spraying back into the fuel tank from the fuel return. Taking the fuel cap off helps in this. When you hear that, crank the engine and see if she'll fire.
4) If the following three steps are done and no start, proceed to crack open the fuel lines on all the injectors. Crank the engine until there are no more air bubbles, or the engine starts to fire, then tighten the fuel lines. I have only need to do this step when there was no fuel or lines were removed.
