I think you just answered your own question when you said you had to tie the lever back, (restriction), not a free flow. You could have saved a whole lot of typing if you had said that in the first place. And I did get a little farther than expermenting in front of the shop as we had several 06 and 56 through 86 series tractors with loaders on in the vicinity.
