I built one for my Cub (non fast hitch), All I did was take a piece of square stock the same size as my cultivators about 5' long with 2 short 3/8" bars about 24" long welded to go forward to the drawbar. Add a few spring sweeps and clamps. With a rod from the lift arm I have down pressure. Works good.
With a fast hitch you could just weld the bar to a point. Good luck.
