I don't suppose you have a picture of your invention for me to follow? Sounds like a pre-heater of sorts and may work well to solve this. I suspect that moisture has made its way into the top portion of the governor, I do not believe the lower portion has (that is oiled) any water in it, but have not pulled apart to determine, nor do I want to...not into a lengthy project this time of year. But I may pull off the top to see whats happen'in in there.. The trottle moved before parking, next day, below freezing (well below) not movable. So. almost gotta be icing of some sort. Just not sure where in the fuel delivery control its frozen. thanks.. Dan Dodge
