Ok, no problem, I apologize for the misinterpretation.
Unfortunately I cannot cast anything more than gray cast at my facility and of very limited size due to it being teaching environment and the model of the furnace I have.
Some universities have the capability of casting iron and steel but I would guess very few due anymore due to the expense of the equipment and the safety/liability involved.
Back on topic with the "power steering" emblems - i'm guessing now that these ARE made of sheet metal but are stamped to get the slightly raised surface of the lettering and trim?
If you could get me the dimensions (inside & outside diameter would be enough) I could probably recreate a couple of these with a computer cut stencil on sheet metal. It wouldn't have the raised surface but would otherwise look like OEM.
