I saw an F-12 with an added starter at a show last year, and it was really a pretty simple set-up and it worked. The PTO shaft was extended and had a 16 inch diameter sprocket mounted in the end of it. A piece of 40 chain went from that to the starter motor (with a small sprocket on it) mounted close to it on the hitch. It would of course prevent you from ever using the PTO, but it worked great. I saw the owner start the thing several times that day. I can't see why an F-20 couldn't be rigged the same way. I think I took a picture of it---if I find it, I'll post it.
