Three pt. hitch for H

We have had this "H" about 32 years. My dad bought it and my grandpa used it, and when my grandpa quit farming it sat in his barn. Grandpa died and it was moved to my house where it has been under roof every since. Needs a lot of work. I'm looking for a log splitter and I saw one that attaches to a 3 pt. hitch. Is that something that can be bought for my "H"? Sorry if these are stupid questions, but I have to ask them, don't know any better! Thanks, Mike
