Hello, Another trick I've found works if you can't access the nut to grind/cut it, is to drill as large a hole as possible in the hex part of the nut, parallel with the bolt. After you've drilled it as large as you can without damaging the bolt or breaking out the side of the nut, take a punch and drive it down the side of the nut. This will quickly break the nut apart and you can then unscrew it. I've also used a Dremel tool with the cutoff wheel and cut through some stubborn nuts, where burning wasn't an option and a larger grinder couldn't fit the space.
