No. The top portion of those cylinders is a reservoir for hydraulic oil because the belly pump does not hold enough oil to fully extend the cylinders. Those cylinders are NOT 2-way cylinders. The top hoses need to be connected to the filler pipe for the belly pump. Installing a breather in the top portion is guaranteed to spray oil all over the tractor and you when the loader goes all the way to the top. Ask how I know.
